How to Be a Great Beauty

By Bryan Burbank

Everyone wants to be beautiful. It may not be as difficult as it seems. You must remember what is beautiful for one person may not necessarily be beautiful to another person. So there is room for everyone to be beautiful.

Each year there are millions of articles written and shows on TV showing you what can make you beautiful. In this article I will like to give you some tips that can make you the beautiful woman you want to be.

First, skin care is most important. Having a radiant complexion is essential. You must learn to take care of your skin from an early age. Get yourself into a good skin care regime of cleansing and moisturizing. It is never to early to start. All the make-up in the world layered over a bad complexion will ever make you beautiful.

Second, take good care of your hair. Use a good shampoo and conditioner. Wash often, but not so often that you wash out all of the natural healthy oils.

Everyone wants to be a beautiful blond, but remember that bleaching and over processing your hair takes all of the life out of it and ruins it. If you choose to have long hair make sure you trim it often so you don't have split ends. Keep in mind a woman's crowning glory is her hair.

Third, nutrition is very important, you know the old adage you are what you eat. So make sure you have a good diet. Eat three good meals every day, balanced with healthy snacks.

As busy as your life may be due to family and career make sure you eat properly. Along with a good diet make sure you have the right amount of essential vitamins and nutrients important to a woman's good health.

Fourth, exercise,no excuses, make time for yourself. I know you are busy with your family and your career. But you must make time for yourself at least three times a week to exercise. This is good for your body and your mind. Your family will be much happier in the end because you took this time for yourself.

Lastly, you can do all of the above tips to make you more beautiful, but if you don't feel beautiful from within, you will never look beautiful on the outside. You must feel good about yourself and who you are and if you don't you must find out why you feel like that. The key to genuine outer beauty is a deep sense of inner beauty.
