Some Facts About Natural Breast Enhancement

The concept of having large mammary glands dates back to the beginning of time, when humans first started raising livestock as a food source, and both muscle bulging and large mammary glands were vital to ensure healthy and edible offspring. Somewhere along the way, these basic tenants developed into an area of medical practice to surgically increase the size for humans. However, most well informed women would rather have natural breast enhancement.

For many women, the thought of surgery is out of the question, because the results are stiff and rigid orbs that not only fail to look natural, but can have serious side effects that include increased chances of getting cancer. Women who intend to breast feed will not be able to do so after having this type of surgery. It causes physical damage done to the tissues which create milk, making it impossible to naturally feed your infants.

Exercises are good for anyone to include in their schedule, for many obvious reasons, but for enlarging mammary glands this really doesn't work. What these exercises do is enlarge the pectoral muscles and create the illusion of larger and more perky tissue. However, strengthening these muscles can help decrease drooping and sagging.

There are mechanical devices which involve using a vacuum system, but the side effects include severe rashes, pronounced stretch marks, and the contraptions must be worn for many hours a day, for 10 or more weeks. The results are not natural, and mostly involve stretched tissue, which most likely will sag.

Creams and lotions are available which contain herbs that are historically known to increase the size of mammary glands, because these plants contain ingredient that make the body have more estrogen. As a topical solution, these products might offer some satisfactory results, but they are not intended for use by women who may be pregnant.

Herbal pills can be taken as instructed and don't require any other activity, such as exercises. Although women can benefit from a daily workout plan, for overall body tone, these pills contain the same herbs and ingredients as the topical products, and may be a better choice for women who are not able to maintain an exercise program.

There are some possible side effects of taking herbs, which include allergies. Before starting with any of these products, a woman should determine her future childbearing plans, and make a list of any foods she may be allergic to, in addition to making sure she is not already pregnant. There are other ingredients in herbs which often show up in breast milk, and the health of your unborn baby could be at risk.

Now that you are armed with this information you will be able to make a better decision about the best products for you.
