Female Menopause - Discover The Main Causes of Earlier Female Menopause

In earlier days, menopause used to occur in women around their age of 45 but recently, younger women also have menopause much earlier. Symptoms of menopause are usually hot flashes and menstrual disorders.

Women in white collar jobs, who do less physical activities, who have pressures both at work and in their domestic lives face this problem of menopause.

Ignoring ovarian diseases may also be a major reason for early female menopause if women do not take treatment on time for ovarian problems sooner.

Premature aging of ovaries can result in the discharge of all the egg cells. This may be fatal in some women whilst a few women may be affected by endometrial cancer. Their immune system may be affected if ovarian problems are ignored. If timely treatment for ovarian problems can be practised, menopause can be averted.

Some women are affected psychologically due to the pressures they face either in their employment or in their domestic life. This could lead to stress, irritability which could also affect their menstrual cycle and due to this, early menopause can occur.

These pressures can also cause endocrine disorders which could lead to the fast aging of ovaries. Women should learn to stay positive and learn to manage their stress levels.

Another problem which causes early menopause is the injudicious ways in which women lose weight excessively. By losing excessive weight, they lack sufficient nutrition and this leads to the aging of organs like ovaries which will result in early female menopause.

Women should adopt judicious methods of losing weight like seeking consulting a dietitian or a doctor to ensure they lose weight wisely.
