Attention All Women - Find Some Me Time - 5 Tips to a More Relaxed You!

Today womens' lives are bursting with responsibilities. The heavy workloads they carry can become so burdensome they're not sure which way is up! Trying to juggle a full-time job, kids, and a home can be staggering to say the least. Many women simply have no choice.

You do, however, have the choice to do something special for yourself today. You simply must find some ME time or your body will start to show signs of distress and weakness. You can only burn the candle at both ends for so long before things fizzle out and you're left with nothing but the shell of your former fun-loving self.

Try one of these 5 Tips to a more relaxed you:

1.Get a massage .This would have to be one of the most relaxing things you could do for yourself. There are places that offer chair massages if you feel uncomfortable getting one in the buff. You can even get one at a chiropractors' office or a hair salon. Look around. They are available everywhere. Enjoy one today.

2. Go Shopping. Take one whole day and spend it doing what you love best! Search through all the sales pages and see if anything strikes your fancy. Even if there's nothing there, go anyway. When you shop alone you get to look at, and enjoy what you want to see and do. When you start to feel tired, find yourself a nice place to eat and Splurge! Yes, that's right, Splurge on YOU! And don't skip dessert. That's the best part!

3. Take your digital camera and go to a park. It's amazing what we take for granted when we rush through life. Slowly walk through the park and take as many pictures as you can of everything and anything. Then when you come home download your pictures and create a slide show for your friends and family to enjoy with you.

4. Create a Home Spa. Most women have a jar of their favorite smelling bath salts or bubbles. Arrange some candles around the tub, slide in gently and soak until your fingertips start to wrinkle. If you prefer you can listen to your favorite music or simply enjoy the silence. It can be golden, after all. When you're finished with your relaxing bath you can paint your toenails a pretty new color you haven't tried yet, sit back and enjoy the rest of your day until the family comes home.

5. Stay in your PJ's or nightgown all day long. Snuggle down in your favorite robe and fuzzy slippers, eat bon bons, sip some champagne and either read that new trashy novel you just bought or rent a chick-flick and just enjoy being lazy for the entire day! Now That's Bliss!

If you have one of your own ideas to rejuvenate yourself, by all means, please do so. Your family will thank you. You must be healthy and strong to be the warrior woman you need to be. Taking care of and pampering yourself once in a while will allow you take care of everything and everybody else.
