If You Experience Hot Flashes, Treatment is Easy With Nature

If you are like most woman entering perimenopause you have probably experienced the annoying and uncomfortable hot flashes. Treatment and relief from these and many other perimenopause symptoms can be easily accomplished with safe, proven, and 100% natural methods.

You may already know that your symptoms are for the most part a result of a hormone imbalance that is occurring as you go into menopause. This is completely normal as it happens to every woman. So therefore by focusing on ways you can treat your hormone imbalance is the key.

Most of the time women turn to Hormone Replacement Therapy, HRT. Involving the injection of synthetic hormones into their body, this is not a natural method of treatment. It does work to eliminate the symptoms, perhaps it's popularity, but is it 100% safe?

Studies have shown that HRT patients are at a greater risk of later developing some rather serious ailments. Breast cancer, ovarian cancer and heart disease are the most commonly referred to as a result of HRT.

Some studies show as much as a 20% increase in the risk of breast cancer in one type of HRT and an astonishing 83% increase in another type of HRT. This from a University of California study that was published in the journal, Cancer Epidemiology, Biomakers & Prevention - Aug 2010.

With those numbers who would not want to give natural methods a try. It's cheaper and has none of the risks associated. Oh, and by the way, they are proven to be just as effective.

Over the years many home remedies have been used to treat menopause and studies today show that these remedies do have an impact on hormone fluctuations. Two of the more popular ones are;

* Soy Products - Studies show that diets high in soy, (soy milk, tofu etc.) will have dramatic effect on hot flashes. One study showed that it resulted in a 50% decrease in the severity of the hot flashes.
* Regular Exercise - Not only beneficial to your overall health and well being, regular exercise has been shown to control hot flashes due to the cardiovascular improvements that regular exercise provides.

Today the most effective natural remedy is through the use of herbal extracts. The extracts come from various plants that have been shown to be effective in the treatment of perimenopause symptoms.

These extracts are combined into a single supplement that is taken twice per day. There will be no side effects, no increased risk of breast cancer as in HRT. You will eliminate not only hot flashes but any of the other perimenopause symptoms you may be experiencing.
